A native New Yorker, Marcie grew up on the north shore of Long Island, graduated from New York University and lived in Manhattan's Greenwich Village for over 20 years before moving back to Long Island and then finally to Park City, UT.
As a former high powered Executive Vice President for a public retail company grossing over $400 million in sales, Marcie's responsibilities included all administrative areas of the company. She was chief negotiator for all multi-million dollar lending agreements with commercial banks and has broad experience with lease negotiation as well as the purchase and sale for almost 50 commercial real estate locations. This extensive involvement in real estate led an interest in Park City real estate where Marcie and her husband Ken have been vacationing since 1975.
Marcie, Ken and their daughter Samantha came for an extended vacation in Park City in 2000 and never left. They now live on the lake in Northshore, one of the Silver Springs communities. They enjoy skiing, golf, horseback riding and cooking. In addition, they currently own Cows Ice Cream/Java Cow Cafe & Bakery on Main Street in Historic Old Town. Marcie also donates her time to the Park City Historical Society/Park City Museum as a member of the Board of Trustees as well as the Park City Board of REALTORs® as member of the Affordable Housing Committee.
Marcie is an experienced Branch Broker in the Historic Old Town/Main Street branch of Summit Sotheby's International Realty. She is active in all areas of the Park City real estate market with a particular focus on upper-end residential property. She was the top grossing agent for Lewis, Wolcott & Dornbush Real Estate (the precursor to Summit Sotheby's International Realty) in 2007. If you are looking for a REALTOR® with a broad spectrum of experience and knowledge, call Marcie.
